The next 15 years’ retail development in Liverpool has been potentially outlined by a new report in a new independent study.
The plan for development includes new Liverpool One developments, and expands all the way to incluse Lime Street, Clayton Square and Renshaw Street. Recommendations include improving inner city management and maintenance, and improving public realm pedestrianisation. Urban Space Products are involved in the discussions for what street furniture and walkway solutions are most suitable for the new works.
Cllr Malcolm Kennedy said: "It is vital that we build on the successes of the past 10 years and that the public and private sector partners responsible for this strategy continue to work together to deliver the recommended actions.
“It is important that we don’t rest on our laurels.”
