Urban Space Products started 2011 on a high by securing their largest single order on record, rounding off a quarter which seen record turnover and a record number of new customers.
The company, which specialises in bespoke outdoor shelters, won the contract to design, manufacture and install a huge, fully secure cycle storage compound for 500 bikes.
Customer Liz Brown, Facilities Manager at Tewkesbury School in Gloucester said she was most impressed by the level of on-site support given by Urban Space Products and thanked the technical design team for “providing us with a quote that fitted our tight budget but didn’t compromise our requirements.”
The designs have now been finalised and the clock is ticking, with installation scheduled to take place in the February half term.
“It is a great start to what is going to be a great year,” commented Urban Space Products MD, Paul Garratt.
“This order is a clear indication of how the ability of our growing team is continually evolving, allowing us to win larger value contracts of increasing size and complexity.”
